Kyne Museum Searching for Sojourner Truth, May 28

I visited the Kyne Museum to find out how to get to Truth's Freedom Trail. I'd watch video's of the trails formal inauguration and opening, but I didn't know exactly where it was. Many of the people I met there in Ulster County, I'd seen in videos a year prior as I planned my journey to New York to honor Truth.

The director let me ring the church bell. Truth's daughters probably attended church here with their owner. Truth's des descendants had visited there. Their photos were a part of the exhibit. I did get the name of a board member whom I later met on Pinkster weekend. Pinkster was a holiday that mixed African folk art with Christian revelry. Isabelle loved it as a young woman.
